But for complex ingredient, high concentration and other characteristics in waste leachate, we adopt combined and comprehensive treatment technology covering “pretreatment& first level denitrification/nitrification& secondary denitrification/nitrification denitrification/nitrification & MBR & NF/RO”, by adding carbon source to strengthen denitrification ability and jet aeration to enhance the utilization rate of oxygen to guarantee the effluent water up to standard.

Process characteristics

1) Mature and reliable technology, two levels of nitrification and denitrification process, high denitrification efficiency, the effluent water up to standard.
2) Adopting high efficient jet aeration method, the oxygen utilization rate up to 35%, convenient maintenance of aeration device.
3) External designs with built-in MBR systems, which can realize online MBR membrane cleaning, easy maintenance, effectively improve the service life of the MBR membrane.
4) Reverse osmosis /nanofiltration system adopts the cross-flow cycle and intermittent positive wash with strong ability to resist pollution, which can improve the treatment effect and service life of reverse osmosis membrane.
5) Compact MBR system and reverse osmosis system structure, small floor area. Adopting PLC automatic control system with a high degree of automation with simple and convenient operation and management.
